Tranasctions Suspended : Merger of Summit Laghubitta and National Microfinance

Kathmandu: Summit Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFDB) and National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) will be merged.

These two microfinance institutions have signed a merger agreement. These two microfinance institutions signed the letter on 25th Ashoj, at 5 pm.

Along with this, the share trading of both these microfinances in the secondary market has been stopped from today i.e. 27th Ashoj.
