Garima Bikas Bank (GBBL) Proposes 14.5% Dividend for FY 2078/79
Kathmandu: Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
The bank has announced to distribute 14.5 percent dividend to the shareholders from the accumulated profit and share premium of the last financial year. Out of which 13 percent is bonus shares and 1.50 percent (including tax purposes) is cash dividend.
The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on 24th Kartik has decided to distribute the dividend at that rate.
The dividend will be distributed after being approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and passed by the next annual general meeting.
