Balephi Hydropower will issue 50 percent of the rights.
Kathmandu: Balephi Hydropower Company Limited is going to issue rights. The meeting of the board of directors held on Friday 12th of Falgun of the company decided to issue the rights.
The company will issue 50% right shares in the ratio of 1:0.5.
The right shares proposed by the board of directors are submitted for prior approval to the regulatory body Electricity Regulatory Commission and after approval is obtained and approved by the upcoming annual general meeting of the company; Right shares will be issued and sold only after submission to the Nepal Securities Board for final approval and approval for issue and issuance of right shares is obtained.
