Himalayan Distillery Announces Massive 70% Dividend for FY 2078/79
Kathmandu: Himalayan Distillery (HDL) is going to distribute 70 percent dividend to the shareholders from the earnings of the last financial year.
The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Friday has proposed to distribute 70 percent of the total dividend with 60 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash including tax.
To distribute the dividend, the company has called the 22nd general meeting on 27th Poush. After passing the said meeting, the proposed dividend will be received by the shareholders.
For the purpose of general meeting and dividend distribution, the company is going to book close on Wednesday, Poush 20. According to this, until Poush 19th, the shareholders will get the dividend distributed by the company.
