Muktinath Bikas Bank (MNBBL) Declares 14.21% Dividend for FY 2078/79

Kathmandu: Muktinath Bikas Bank (MNBBL) has announced bonus shares to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.

The bank has announced to distribute bonus shares of 13.5% of the current paid-up capital. Apart from this, the bank will also distribute 0.7105% cash dividend for tax purposes.

The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on 16th December has decided to distribute the dividend at that rate.

The dividend will be distributed after being approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and passed by the next annual general meeting.
