Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited is going to conduct its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 13, 2081 BS [June 27, 2024]. The meeting will take place after 11:45 AM at Nepal Administrative Training Academy, Jawlakhel, Lalitpur.
The chairman of the board will present the financial report of fiscal year 2079/80. The meeting will appoint the auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders’ registration book will remain closed on Jestha 32, 2081 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of LICN until Jestha 31 can participate in the meeting.
