Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta’s dividend revised, bonus and cash dividend has reduced

Kathmandu: The dividend of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) has been revised. According to the instructions of Nepal Rastra Bank, the dividend has been revised according to the company.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Saturday, Falgun 6 of the organization proposed to distribute a total of 37.3684% dividend from the profits of the financial year 2078/79 as 28% bonus shares and 9.3684% cash dividend for tax purposes.

But after the instructions of the National Bank, now the organization will distribute only 33.15% of the total 33.15% dividend with 26% bonus shares and 7.15% cash for tax purposes.

Now the dividend will be distributed to the investors after the next general meeting of the company approves it.
