NCC Bank (NCCB) Declared 3.36% Bonus Shares and 7.63% Cash Dividend

Kathmandu: Nepal Credit And Commercial Bank (NCCB) has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the earnings of the last financial year. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 29 of the bank proposed the dividend.

The meeting proposed to distribute 3.3663 percent bonus shares and 7.6337 percent cash dividend of the paid-up capital to the shareholders.

The proposed dividend will be received by the shareholders after the approval of the Rastra Bank and the approval of the upcoming general meeting of the bank.
